This villa was amazing, everything our group could have wanted and more. Helen did everything she could to meet our needs and expectations, as well as the villa manager Tak who was there for our every need. The pool was the perfect size for our large group who stayed, as was the house. Would 100% stay again and recommend this villa to anyone who was looking to stay in Chaweng Beach. We will be back Baan Lily!

Stunning Villa with Pool and Jacuzzi
Baan Lily Villa sleeps 10 – 12 guests and is a spacious 5 bedroom villa with fully equipped gym, games room, pool table and bar, it has a private 12 x 6m pool and Jacuzzi surrounded by a large sun bathing terrace and huge peaceful tropical gardens with a comfortable shaded Sala area surrounded by a Koi Carp pond. The villa is conveniently situated close to Chaweng´s busy shopping street and stunning palm fringed white sandy beaches with Santiburi golf course and country club only 20mins drive away this is a perfect retreat for large families or groups of friends looking for privacy with easy access to shops restaurants and evening entertainment.
Baan Lily offers daily maid service, continental breakfast, all utilities are included, 1 free airport transfer each way and linen and towels are changed every 4th day. We have full time staff on site who can help you with organizing and booking activities, excursions, massages, taxi’s, car or bike hire, dinner reservations or meals delivered to the villa.

The master bedroom boasts a beautiful 4 poster bed and has a pull out sofa bed for an extra guest if needed, leading on to a large walk in dressing room with bespoke furniture adjoined to a spacious bathroom including a huge bath tub and 2 shower’s, this room also has a large balcony over looking the pool and garden area. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and is ensuite, Bedroom 3 has a king size bed and a patio leading out to the pool and Jacuzzi.
The main building has a huge open plan living space with comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. The dining area has an elegant dining table with seating for 12 guests over looked by a huge stone carving of Ganesha.
The second building houses bedrooms 4 and 5 both of which have king size beds and are ensuite. This building also has the games room with Pool Table, 75” HDTV, darts board and it’s own bar.

Tout simplement parfait!
Rien à redire sur cette maison absolument parfaite ! Encore mieux que sur les photos. De plus, Tak (la responsable de la maison) est d’une gentillesse, disponibilité et discrétion incroyables. Ses petits déjeuners chaque matin sont délicieux. 😋 Je recommande vraiment cette maison.

Fantastic villa!
We stayed here for 3 nights and our stay was very pleasant. The villa is clean and located in a convenient spot. All communication up to the holiday was fast and efficient. The pool is amazing and the villa is well maintained. We loved the games room we played on the pool table and dart board a lot and used the bar instead of going out one night, we would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant Holiday
We are just back from a great 2 weeks staying at Bann Lily. We were a party of 3 families with children and we all loved our stay. The main house has been newly renovated with a lovely kitchen and living area, with flat screen tv with Netflix which the kids loved in the afternoon when it got too hot. The pool area is lovely and so relaxing with lots of space and the pool is a good size. The villa is well looked after with a gardener who came by each morning. Tak made a delicious breakfast every morning and we were all well looked after. Not only did she make breakfast she kept the villa clean and was very helpful and recommended lots of things for us to do and see, she is very friendly and made our holiday very easy! She even made us some fresh juice with the leftover watermelon from breakfast as we lay by the pool. If you are going to Koh Samui as a big group Baan Lily is the place to go!

We are just back from a wonderful week at the Baan Lily Villa to celebrate my 40th birthday, it was fabulous!!!There were 6 of us in our party and the villa was so perfect we hardly left it we just relaxed by the pool and really chilled out.Whenever we did want to go anywhere Tak was always available to help us arrange it.Tak prepared us a wonderful breakfast each morning, kept the house absolutely spotlessly clean and arranged for masseuse to come in whenever we wanted it really was a 5 star service and we didn’t want to leave, really hoping we can go again next year and try another of their smaller villas.I would totally recommend staying here to anyone.
